Project info

The 12-acre redevelopment of the former Jewel Grocery Store and Halsted Mall into a vibrant middle-and-working class mixed-use housing and retail development. Morgan Park Commons is located in Chicago's far south side neighborhood of Morgan Park along the busy South Halsted Commercial Corridor.

Vehicular residents are less than 10 minutes from Interstate 57, 94, and 294. Plus, residents will have the ability to connect to Interstate 80.

Morgan Park Commons will incorporate a 3-acre public park that will link to the Major Taylor Bike Trail and a 3,000-square-foot Field House.
