Who We Are
Far South Community Development Corporation (Far South CDC) is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization that provides specialized and strategic community development services to Chicago’s far south side neighborhoods and south suburban Cook County villages/cities.
Far South CDC’s mission is to alleviate low-income communities within Chicago's far south side and south suburban Cook County of poverty, blight, and economic distress through effective economic and community development.
Far South CDC is the Developer for Morgan Park Commons.
